During the loading and unloading process, precise coordination with the movement of the machine tool table and chuck clamping is required. The entire loading and unloading procedure must be strictly controlled in accordance with the signal flow sequence.
When placing finished parts and picking up new workpieces, precise synchronization with supporting equipment is also essential.

The position and departure switching signals must be of high quality and high reliability, with safety as the top priority to ensure proper connection of each step. The control system must feature fast signal capture speed.

　　1、工控机与运动控制卡的组合：运动控制卡借用计算机的资源，利用自身的运动控制功能实现控制。
 
　　2、脱机运动控制卡：借用计算机编好程序，可将程序自我存储，脱机运行。
 
　　3、PLC-借用计算机编好程序，可将程序自我存储，脱机运行。
 
　　4、专用控制器。
 
　　采用那种控制系统，取决于运动的情况和使用条件，运动控制工程师会根据实际情况进行选择。

          Functions of the Control System

The control system is responsible for issuing motion commands, processing data, and judging motion. It can send control commands in real time according to programmed sequences, receive feedback signals continuously, and judge and process information at all times.

Types of Control Systems

Depending on different working conditions, the control system can be implemented in various forms:

1. Industrial PC + Motion Control Card
The motion control card utilizes computer resources and implements control via its own motion control functions.

2. Offline Motion Control Card
Programs are compiled on a computer, stored in the card, and can run independently without a host computer.

3. PLC
Programs are compiled on a computer, stored internally, and can operate in offline mode.

4. Dedicated Controller

The choice of which control system to use depends on the motion requirements and application conditions. Motion control engineers will select the most suitable solution based on actual situations.
