3、服务要求：得到故障信心后，立即给予答复并确定服务人员到位时间。驻点城市市区4小时到位，郊区6小时到位，300公里以内非市区12小时到位，其它地区24小时到位。

4、服务实效：服务人员到场8小时内解决无需换件及常用易损件质量问题，2天内解决一般外购件及自制件问题，3天内解决重大质量问题。3天内无法解决的问题，4小时内给予明确答复并保证尽快解决。

5、服务承诺：用户的满意是我们最好的承诺，用户永远是上帝。我们不管客户大小，不管订货多少，不管工艺繁简，我们始终坚持一丝不苟，精益求精的工作作风，充分体现全方位让用户满意。

1. Service Philosophy

2. Machine Delivery Service
We provide on-site technical guidance for the customer for one project section or 120 meters, whichever comes first.

3. Service Response Requirements
Upon receiving fault information, we will reply immediately and confirm the arrival time of service personnel:

• Within 4 hours in urban areas of stationed cities;

• Within 6 hours in suburban areas;

• Within 12 hours in non-urban areas within 300 km;

• Within 24 hours in other regions.

4. Service Efficiency

• Problems without parts replacement or involving common wearing parts will be resolved within 8 hours after service personnel arrive.

• General purchased and self-manufactured parts issues will be resolved within 2 days.

• Major quality problems will be resolved within 3 days.
For problems that cannot be solved within 3 days, a clear response will be given within 4 hours, and we guarantee a speedy solution.
